Mmmm... hummus & veggies. I may have to get some hummus when I go shopping tomorrow. That stuff is tasty & low-cal too. Their suggestions on water are also good: I find that when I'm craving sweets it usually means that I'm actually dehydrated. Strange things our bodies do, eh?
Hmm... I just bought some hummus tonight. They had a sampler at Costco... Delicious Stuffs!!! I got some pita crackers to go with it too... They're all natural baked pita crackers with nothing but pure sea salt... It's a wonderful combination. :) Mmmmm... tasty.
