Not fun
I weighed this morning and have gained a pound. Frustrating. I have been watching what I eat - but I haven't excersized for a few days. I have been really tired and almost achie. (sp?) I have had to wonder if I am not getting enough protien. What ever - I better get on the stick if I want to lose 20 ound before November!!

Grrr.. no fun! But it's good that you're paying attention :) I've been being bad the last couple days and I'm afriad to look at the scale... heh. I'll probably break down and check tomorrow. Good times good times.
P.S. Try potassium too.. protien is good for keeping you filled when you eat, but somebody said that potassium helps with the tiredness and the aches.
I have been eating bananas almost every day - but I think that I need to add a multiple vitamin. Thanks for the suggestions. :)
