I Didn't Want To, But...

I did my workout. It's a nice feeling of accomplishment.

I didn't get around to exercising yesterday. But, I have gone walking already this morning. A mile and a half. I came home and got a second shower - it is really warm and humid out there today. But, it feels really good. In addition, I got on the scales and I have lost a pound!! HIP HIP HURRAY!!! FINALLY!!! But you guys are right - thinking about it as pound number 47 of 104 is lots nicer than thinking of it as 1 of 57. 47 of 104 is nearly half way!!! That does something nice for the mind.

Yeah, yesterday I didn't work out either, I ended up working through lunch and after work I meant to work out.. told myself I would work out... but ultimately didn't.

Today I am going to be sure to go to the gym.
